About the Role:
Maidstone Innovation Centre is a dynamic and innovative location for, primarily, businesses in Medtech, Life Science and Health.
The post holder will be expected to support the Innovation centre in the effective day-to-day running of the Innovation Centre. The postholder’s will be responsible for delivering a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience at the Maidstone Innovation Centre, creating a positive first impression for all visitors, clients, and stakeholders.
The role is responsible for effectively managing communications, visitor processes, and enquiries, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and consistently high service standards across the Centre.
As a key member of the Maidstone Innovation Centre team, the post holder serves as the primary point of contact and the “face” of the Centre. Working closely with colleagues, the role supports the delivery of an efficient and customer-focused service for tenants and visitors. This includes assisting individuals accessing the building with directions to events, room bookings, deliveries, and on-site businesses.
The post holder will be required to manage a busy reception environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a calm, professional, and responsive approach at all times.
This is a full time post working 37 hours per week on site at the Innovation Centre on a permanent basis.

About You:
We are looking for a friendly, professional and highly organised individual to be the face of the Maidstone Innovation Centre. As the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, partners and stakeholders, you will deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience, creating a positive and lasting first impression for everyone who visits.
You'll thrive in a busy environment, confidently managing multiple priorities while maintaining a welcoming, customer-focused and solutions-driven approach. With excellent communication and relationship-building skills, you'll develop strong connections with customers and partners, providing high-quality support and outstanding service.
You will coordinate events and meeting room bookings from enquiry through to delivery, ensuring every event runs smoothly and exceeds customer expectations. Supporting the day-to-day operation of the Centre, you'll take pride in maintaining high standards, resolving issues proactively, and contributing to a vibrant, professional and collaborative business community.
Selection Process:
