Relocation to Dubai | Sales & Leasing Property Consultant
Luxury Homes Espace Real Estate, award winning brokerage was born in 2009, with a primary goal to bring traditional UK estate agency standards to Dubai. Today, we are a 200-strong team who are multilingual and specialise in transacting all types of property in Dubai and making sure our clients enjoy a smooth and straightforward process that is tailored to their needs.
We are expanding our residential division and are looking for motivated, money hungry individuals to join our growing team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and manage clients seeking to buy, sell, or rent residential properties
- Conduct professional property viewings, advising on layouts, amenities, communities, and lifestyle benefits
- Provide accurate guidance on pricing, market trends, and investment potential
- Negotiate sales and tenancy agreements, ensuring compliance with RERA regulations
- Prepare and manage offers, contracts, MoUs, and tenancy documentation
- Build and maintain relationships with owners, developers, investors, and fellow brokers
- Stay informed on new launches, handovers, and secondary market activity
- Deliver a high standard of customer service to secure repeat business and referrals
Requirements
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
- Professional appearance and client-focused mindset
- Financial readiness to support up to 6 months in a commission-only role
- Ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse client base
- Fluent in English
- Valid drivers license
