Job Purpose
To be able to access the community and go out without my parents and enjoy the fun things I like to do.
All About Me
I am a 19yr old female who enjoys watching TV shows and films. I like to spend my time crocheting, going to the cinema, festivals, holidays, music, shopping and musicals. I like being creative, superheroes, cool posters, reading and writing.
I have a black cockapoo called Rosie, I have a twin brother and an older brother, we do lots of things together as a family. I am learning to drive, and I am applying for college in September. My favourite modern-day singer is Olivia Rodrigo, but I also love music from the 60’s 70’s and 80’s. My favourite food is Italian.
I am autistic and fit the criteria for PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) I also enjoy fashion, Pinterest, keeping up with current affairs, celebrities, watching cast interviews and compilations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- 1:1 Support of 19yr old
- Provide moral support in social situations

Attitude and approach are very important, with similar interests and a positive attitude with a good sense of humour, outgoing personality and commitment to the role.
Essential Criteria
- Must be able to drive and have access to a car
- Good communication
- Must be adaptable in case plans change
- Will need to be flexible at times with regards to work/day times
- Ability to work without supervision
Desirable
- No previous experience required but useful Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
Other Points to consider
- We are a non-smoking household
- We have a Cockapoo (Is hypoallergenic) so a love for dogs is required.
- You would be responsible to me and my parents
Summary terms and conditions
· Hours, days and times of work: To be discussed, will be dependent upon college applications and September timetable.
· Pay rate: £15
· Annual leave: The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work normally done during 5.6 weeks (statutory entitlement).
· Expenses: You will be reimbursed for prior agreed expenses incurred as part of the role.
· Sick pay: I do not operate a private sick pay scheme but provided you meet the eligibility criteria, you may be entitled to Statutory Sick Pay (SSP).
· Pension: I do not operate a private pension scheme but I will fulfil my statutory obligations via the NEST pension scheme.
