Job Summary
Due to increased workloads we are seeking experienced and reliable Skilled Tradesman Sub Contractors to join our general builders team. The successful candidates will possess a broad range of construction skills, enabling them to undertake various specialised tasks across multiple projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse sites, delivering high-quality craftsmanship in a professional environment. All positions are paid, reflecting the value of your expertise and contribution.
Duties
- Perform specialised construction tasks.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete assigned projects.
- Carry out fabrication work, including cutting, shaping, and assembling materials to specifications.
- Conduct construction painting to ensure finishes meet quality standards.
- Install or repair structural elements, fixtures, or systems in accordance with project plans and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Skills
- Proven experience.
- Proficiency with hand tools such as hammers, saws, chisels and screwdrivers.
- Competence in using power tools including drills, grinders and saws.
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety standards within construction environments.

Pay depending on experience.
