Title: Copywriter Marketing UK
Salary: £28,500 - £30,000 p/a
Location: Hybrid - 1-2 days per fortnight in Sheffield Office required
Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an early career marketing professional to join a rapidly scaling fintech at a key moment in our development.
The successful candidate will have a talent for content writing, and will actively contribute to the growth of the My Finance Club business by:
- Producing high quality blog content for diverse B2C and B2B audiences
- Ensuring accuracy of copy across multiple websites
- Tracking and responding to customer reviews
- Collecting performance data across a variety of platforms
The candidate will also be tasked with research, reporting and other administrative functions of the marketing team as needed.
This is a fast-paced role for a flexible individual who is eager to learn and grow.
This is a copywriter role with administrative functions. It is not a CRM or a biddable media role.
Candidates will need to demonstrate their experience in the following areas:
- Content and Copy: Producing high quality B2B and B2C content and copy at pace
- Reviews: Acknowledging reviews and engaging with customers
- Reporting: Marketing KPIs, funnels, conversion rates, website traffic, email activity and social media engagement
Requirements and skills
- A degree in writing, marketing, finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' writing experience
- Data organisation and administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to take direction, collaborate, and work independently as needed
- Analytical mindset, with a balance of critical and creative thinking
- Financial and numerical literacy
- An understanding of customer service best practice
- Previous experience updating a CMS with basic HTML ability helpful but not required
