About us
Croftstons Ltd is a London-based property maintenance contractor delivering Reactive Maintenance, Disrepair works, Voids and Multi-Trade services. We work with leading housing associations and councils across London, providing reliable repairs and maintenance solutions in occupied and void properties.
Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for a full-time, permanent, multi-skilled operative to support our responsive repairs and maintenance contracts across London.

Applicants must have the following skills to apply for this role:
Requirements
- EU /UK Driving License (Maximum 6pts)
- Provide a DBS (Criminal record check)
- Must have own tools & basic power tools
- 6 Years + experience in property maintenance or responsive repairs.
- Good all-round multi-trade skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily workloads.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Experience working in social housing or occupied properties would be an advantage.
- Able to use mobile technology.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out responsive repairs and general property maintenance works.
- Complete multi-trade tasks such as basic plumbing, carpentry, decorating, tiling, plastering, flooring and general handyman works.
- Attend appointments at residential properties across London.
- Diagnose defects and report any further works required.
- Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Maintain a professional and respectful approach when working in residents’ homes.
- Provide clear updates, photographs and job notes where required.
- Follow company procedures, health and safety requirements and client expectations.
