Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tractor Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for majority of the tractor work on the farm. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, good driving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with the rest of the team. We offer a wide range of flexibility with hours with working 11 days in 14 rota. The successful applicant will have a mature attitude, good attention to detail, some stock work experience, a good problem solving ability and a strong passion for the job. Salary is negotiable depending on experience. There is room for growth within the role if the candidate is wanting to expand responsibility and income.
