- Strong track record in the design and assessment of bridges, structural steelwork and reinforced concrete structures.
- Experience delivering projects within rail, nuclear, heavy industrial or major infrastructure environments.
- Previous experience leading engineering teams, technical work packages or multidisciplinary project delivery.
- Experience acting as a Technical Lead, Principal Engineer, Associate Engineer or Contractor's Responsible Engineer (CRE-D).
- Strong understanding of structural assessment, inspection, analysis and new-build design.
- Proficiency in structural engineering software such as Tedds, Robot, Midas or similar analysis tools.
- Chartered Engineer status (MICE or MIStructE) or demonstrable progress towards Chartership.
- Confident in client-facing environments, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting bids, fee proposals, resource planning and business development activities would be advantageous.
- Reside locally to Bristol, Cardiff, Basingstoke or Warrington, or be prepared to relocate, as this permanent role does not include travel expense coverage.
