Responsibilities
- Deliver food, beverages, and supplies promptly from the kitchen or bar to designated areas or tables, maintaining quality and presentation standards.
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation tasks, including plating, garnishing, and organizing ingredients to support efficient service.
- Support restaurant or hotel operations by restocking supplies, clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in service areas.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding order status, special requests, or urgent needs using clear phone etiquette and professional language.
- Ensure food safety standards are upheld by handling items properly and adhering to hygiene protocols at all times.
- Provide excellent guest services by responding promptly to requests or inquiries with a friendly attitude.
- Support delivery drivers when needed by coordinating pickups or assisting with loading and unloading deliveries.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food preparation, or as a delivery driver is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, kitchen procedures, or hotel services enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective teamwork and guest interactions.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling techniques is required.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with serving guests or working in a barista setting is a plus.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and excellent organizational skills contribute to smooth daily operations.

Pay: £12.71 per hour
