Experienced Bookkeeper – Sutton
We are an established family-run window installation company based in Sutton, and we’re looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our friendly and hardworking team.We’re a busy, established business with a relaxed and sociable working environment, so we’re looking for someone who will enjoy being part of a small team while confidently taking ownership of the day-to-day bookkeeping.The ideal candidate will be experienced, proactive, organised and efficient, with excellent attention to detail. We’re particularly looking for someone who can stay on top of things without needing lots of direction and who is happy to suggest improvements where they see them.The role will include:
- Managing day-to-day bookkeeping
- Purchase and sales ledger
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Processing supplier invoices and payments
- Credit control
- VAT preparation and returns
- Liaising with our accountant
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Helping to improve and streamline our bookkeeping processes
- AAT level 3 qualified
- Flexible working hours
About you:
- Previous bookkeeping experience is essential
- Confident using Sage
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Reliable, efficient and comfortable working in a busy environment
- Friendly and personable – we’re a close-knit team and finding the right fit is important to us

Pay: £25,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
