The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic event professional with strong planning, organisation, and task management skills to join our Events Team in delivering the University’s events programme.
This is an 18-month fixed-term role where you will work behind the scenes to plan and coordinate the successful delivery of events from start to finish. The role is not solely office-based and will require flexibility, including evening and weekend working.
You will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of event management, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Working collaboratively with colleagues, you will contribute to events and content that enhance the University’s reputation, support student recruitment, and showcase our strengths in student experience, teaching quality, research impact, and industry relevance.

This role offers hybrid working, with the opportunity to work from home up to 2 days per week. Increased office presence will be required in the lead-up to and delivery of events.
