We are looking to appoint an Education Assistant (Taught Programmes), as a key member of the Faculty of Laws Education and Student Experience team, based in the Postgraduate Taught Programmes office. The role will provide efficient and professional administrative support for all aspects teaching and learning activities and assist in achieving a high quality and timely service to current and prospective students and staff. The post holder will be a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring they always adopt a professional approach and collaborative mindset, with a focus on contributing to a positive team environment to deliver an excellent service.
This role is offered on a full-time basis, fixed term until 31 July 2027.
This role does not meet the requirements for a Skilled worker visa certificate of sponsorship under UK Visas and Immigration legislation. UCL will not be able to sponsor individuals who require a right to work in the UK.
The successful candidate should have experience in an administrative role in a busy office environment and have good computer skills, with the ability to enter data accurately with thorough attention to detail. As a strong team player, the Education Assistant will have good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to prioritise and organise own workload.
With a commitment to high-quality service provision, the successful candidate will be able to work proactively to provide an excellent service for students and staff and ensure they are always supported in an effective and efficient manner.
