Working closely with managers and colleagues across the business, you'll help deliver an efficient, people-focused HR service while ensuring our processes, records and communications are accurate, compliant and up to date. Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Provide administrative support to the Leadership team including diary management, note taking, scheduling, scanning & filing.
- Maintain employee records, keeping them up to date & in line with GDPR.
- Maintain and update employee document templates for HR forms.
- Coordinate any external or internal training & development and keep training records up to date.
- Deal with inbound enquiries including advising on process, company policies etc.
- Keep the intranet up to date with relevant communications & HR forms.
- Work in collaboration across functions such as Finance and Health & Safety.
- Work closely with line managers to ensure documentation is up to date and any relevant actions they need to complete for their team members.
- Recruitment coordinating, advertising new vacancies, reviewing CV’s, initial screening, arranging interviews and processing job offers.
- Own the new starter process, sending out relevant documentation & updating internal records and systems.
- Ad hoc administrative and HR projects.
- Meet & greet new starters, deliver HR induction.
- Attend meetings & make notes.
What we are looking for
- Ideal for HR administrator looking to progress.
- Basic understanding on employment law and best practices within the UK.
- Experience onboarding new starters and supporting the full employee journey.
- Strong administrative skills, highly organised.
- Recruitment experience including speaking with candidates and reviewing CV’s, writing job adverts.
- CIPD Level 3 or working towards would be advantageous.
