Overview
We are a cafe /cocktail bar open 10am -11pm
This role would suit a hands on experienced supervisor who has a good knowledge of the hospitality industry .Barista . Mixology.and bartending and is ready to take on more responsibilities and progress .
Duties
- Supervise staff to ensure training .evaluation & performance are paramount.
- To maintain & enhance the standards in the venue & customer experience.
- Manage bookings & private functions .
- Create events .
- To take responsibility for social media ..marketing ..
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and standards of service.
- To be calm & professional at all times
- To main a strong working relationship with suppliers and have a good knowledge of cost control ..
Experience
- Must have 3 years experience.
- Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel industry is essential 2 hrs
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts constructively.
- Experience in human resources functions such as recruitment, training, or employee relations is preferred.
- Familiarity with hospitality management systems .cctv. Tills ect ..
- A proactive attitude with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. This role requires a committed professional eager to lead by example while ensuring our guests receive outstanding service in a welcoming environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £31,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
