We are looking for a part-time, self-employed Sports Massage Therapist to provide services at our clinic alongside our small team. We are a thriving chiropractic practice that has been established for over 30 years, and we require a professional to provide deep-tissue and sports massage to our well-established patient base. We are looking for an experienced, hard-working, reliable, and punctual therapist with a personable and empathetic nature, who has the ability to retain and continue to build the massage client base through exceptional, patient-centred care.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Certification: Minimum Level 3 certification in Massage (Level 4 or 5 Sports Massage preferred); full professional insurance required.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years preferred, with proven skill in patient assessment, creating personalised treatment plans, and accurate clinical note-taking.
- Clinical Knowledge: Strong grasp of anatomy, common injuries, and stretches. Additional modalities (pregnancy/Thai massage, cupping, Graston etc.) are a plus.
- Communication & Logistics: Fluent English, own transport, and ideally you live locally to Esher.
Working Hours & Fee structure:
- Schedule: Part-time to start - plus one additional half-day (preferably Thursday afternoon/evening).
- Flexibility: Ample opportunity to expand your hours/days if you wish.
- Patients: Most patients will be referred to you from our team. You are welcome to bring your own clientele if relevant to your situation.
- Fee Structure: Competitive 50/50 split of fees for treatment provided (self-employed basis).
