We're looking for a motivated, ambitious and commercially minded Graduate Project Manager to join our growing Project Management team in September 2027.
Based at our office in London, you'll gain hands-on experience across a diverse portfolio while working alongside industry-leading experts and building the foundations of a successful project management career.
The Project Management team provides the project management of construction projects, contract administration and fund monitoring to clients, to ensure they run efficiently and effectively.

What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will be supporting with the delivery of exciting, complex and challenging construction projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will range from developing strategic project programmes through to securing construction contracts and their administration.
From day one you will be involved in live, strategic Cambridge projects, ranging from University College refurbishments through to commercial buildings and large Science and Tech developments. Some of your key duties may include:

Supporting a variety of client and internal instructions, including project support, contract administration and meeting documentation.

Sharing technical and market insights, maintaining contacts via Midas and contributing to internal events and meetings.

Adhering to corporate standards, policies and procedures, whilst staying up to date with relevant legislation and best practices.

Maintaining accurate timesheets and expenses, with a strong awareness of chargeable hours and commercial impact.

Proactively developing your professional and technical expertise through ongoing learning.

Managing team administration, ensuring client files and paperwork are current and complete.

Carrying out ad-hoc duties as required to support team operations.
What you’ll achieve
As a Graduate Project Manager you'll gain hands-on experience across a broad range of projects while working alongside experienced professionals. You'll develop your technical expertise, build client relationships, contribute to project delivery and work towards achieving RICS Chartered status.
You'll have the opportunity to grow alongside us, and we're committed to supporting your progress every step of the way. We'll provide extensive assistance and tailored support to help you work towards your RICS APC, where our strong first-time pass rate speaks for itself.
You'll also join our two-year graduate development program, designed to enhance your personal effectiveness, commercial and financial acumen and client delivery skills. This program will help you build a robust foundation for a successful career in the property sector, taking you beyond your current technical expertise.
About You

2:1 in a RICS-accredited cognate degree or equivalent.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Computer literate with a good level of skill in Microsoft packages including Excel, Word & Outlook.

Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and work on own proactive initiative.

Willingness to learn new skills and systems along with good administrative skills and attention to detail.

Good team-player with a proactive and positive attitude.

Full UK Driving license & access to a vehicle

Selection Process & Key Dates
We're committed to providing a fair and engaging recruitment experience. Below is an outline of our selection process and indicative timelines.
Online Aptitude Test: Following our initial application review, shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an online aptitude test. Invitations are expected to be issued on or around 6th November.
Stage 1 Interview (Microsoft Teams): Candidates who successfully complete the aptitude test will be invited to a 15-minute virtual interview with our Early Careers lead. These interviews will take place between 23rd November and 4th December.
Final Interview & Assessment Centre: Successful candidates will then be invited to attend our final interview and assessment centre on Monday 14th December. This stage provides an opportunity for you to learn more about Bidwells, meet members of the team and demonstrate your skills through a series of activities and interviews.
