Manufacturing Team Member
Location: Keighley
Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:00am – 4:00pm, Friday 7:00am - 11:24am
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are a specialist grinding wheel manufacturing company based in Keighley, supplying market leading products domestically and globally. We are looking to bring additional manufacturing team members into the business to support day-to-day manufacturing.
This role involves working across different stages of the production process and would suit someone who enjoys practical work, working with their hands, and being part of a structured production environment.
About the manufacturing process:
Our components are manufactured from raw material to finished component, various stages of manufacture play an important part in achieving a high-quality finished product.
The role
As a Manufacturing team member, you may be involved in a combination of the following:
- Weighing raw materials as per specific formulation
- Producing batch material from raw material
- 1st stage preparation of blank component
- Conversion of blank component to semi-finished component
- Final finishing of components
- Working with various types of manual and cnc machinery
- Visual inspection and quality checking
- Packing finished products ready for dispatch
- Operating and monitoring production equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within your work area
- Following safe working practices and production procedures
- Working individually and part of a team
You may work in one area or be trained across multiple stages of the process, depending on experience and production requirements.
What we’re looking for
- Manufacturing, factory or production experience is helpful but not essential
- Good attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work
- Comfortable carrying out practical, hands-on tasks
- Able to follow instructions and work to set processes
- Reliable, punctual and team-focused
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills

Pay: From £12.71 per hour + timekeeping and attendance bonus
Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
Holidays: Combination of fixed and flexible + statutory holidays.
