About us
CliniLink is a CPD-accredited primary care education platform with a community of over 11,000 verified UK healthcare professionals, founded and led by an independent prescriber pharmacist and NICE guideline committee member. We are launching our practical clinical skills programme blended vaccination and basic life support certification delivered through CliniLink Academy and face-to-face training days and we are building a roster of outstanding freelance trainers.
The role
- Deliver face-to-face vaccination training: IM, subcutaneous and intranasal technique, vaccine reconstitution, multi-dose vials
- Deliver basic life support (adult, child, infant) and anaphylaxis management training
- Assess and sign off delegate competency against our standardised framework
- Deliver to CliniLink SOPs so every event runs to the same high standard
- Sessions are typically half-day or full-day; delegates are pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and other healthcare professionals
You'll need
- Active registration as a nurse, pharmacist, paramedic or equivalent healthcare professional
- Proven experience delivering vaccination and/or BLS training to healthcare professionals
- Training practice aligned with the UKHSA National Minimum Standards and Core Curriculum for Immunisation Training
- Your own professional indemnity insurance (or willingness to arrange it)
- A confident, engaging delivery style our reputation is built on the quality of the room
Bonus points for

- Resuscitation Council UK instructor status
- Experience training community pharmacy teams
- Being based in the North West, Midlands or London
