Mobile Cleaning Supervisor
Location: Cambridge and surrounding areas
Hours: Full-time (45 hours per week, with flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends)
Salary: Competitive (depending on experience)

We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and hands-on Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to support our operations across a variety of commercial sites.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their management skills. As the company continues to grow, there will be a clear progression path into an Operations Manager Support role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Support cleaning teams across multiple client sites.
- Carry out regular quality audits and inspections.
- Ensure cleaning standards meet CamClean's and clients' expectations.
- Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to cleaning operatives.
- Assist with the induction of new employees.
- Carry out site visits and resolve any cleaning issues promptly.
- Complete emergency cleaning cover when required.
- Deliver cleaning equipment and consumables to sites.
- Monitor stock levels and report replenishment requirements.
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Complete site reports, audits, and digital paperwork accurately.
- Build positive relationships with clients and respond professionally to requests.
- Assist with staff scheduling and holiday cover.
- Support contract mobilisations and new site start-ups.
- Help maintain company vehicles, equipment, and cleaning machinery.
- Represent CamClean professionally at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Previous commercial cleaning experience.
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience is desirable.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to motivate and support others.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to solve problems.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Basic IT skills, including the use of mobile apps.
