At Borno Chemists Limited, we're a friendly, community-focused pharmacy dedicated to providing excellent patient care. We're looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people to join our growing team at our Witham branch.
Opening Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 19:00 | Saturday, 08:30 – 12:30
About the Role
- Accurately dispensing prescriptions under the supervision of our Pharmacist
- Managing prescription queries and liaising with GP surgeries
- Ensuring stock levels are maintained and orders are processed
- Providing excellent customer service to patients at the counter
- Supporting with NHS services (e.g. MURs, flu vaccinations, EPS) where trained
- Maintaining accurate records in line with pharmacy law and SOPs
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a dispensing role or relevant pharmacy/counter experience with a genuine interest in progressing into dispensing
- NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Pharmacy Services, or willingness to work towards this
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well within a team and use your own initiative
- A caring, patient-focused attitude

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Witham CM8 1BA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Dispensing: 1 year (preferred)
- UK Community Pharmacy: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- NVQ2 in Dispensing (preferred)
