About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Picker to join our team in a busy tile distribution environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of care when handling heavy and fragile products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from storage locations
- Handle tiles and associated products with care to avoid damage
- Load and unload items safely, ensuring correct pallet presentation
- Follow warehouse processes, health & safety, and company procedures
- Report any stock discrepancies or damages to supervisors
- Work closely with team members to achieve daily KPIs and productivity targets
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your workstation and the warehouse
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or picking experience is beneficial but not essential
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and scanning device literacy
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods
- Some heavy lifting
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends

Hours of work - Initial training period - Standard working hours.
After training period 3pm-12am shift
