We're looking for a GRQA Auditor to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and raising compliance standards across a diverse portfolio of projects, while working alongside experienced professionals who value practical solutions and continuous improvement.
No two days are the same. You'll spend time visiting project sites, carrying out audits, supporting operational teams, and sharing your expertise to help drive best practice across the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct compliance audits and site inspections across our delivery projects, ensuring they meet company standards and current health and safety legislation.
- Produce clear, timely audit reports with practical recommendations that make a real difference.
- Build strong relationships with project teams, providing guidance and support to improve compliance and performance.
- Share your knowledge and contribute to developing a positive health and safety culture throughout the business.
- Support internal business processes and help continuously improve our management systems.
- Provide flexible operational support to delivery teams when required, including chargeable client work.
- Meet monthly KPIs while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
- Follow company policies and procedures and contribute wherever your expertise can add value.
What You'll BringEssential
- NEBOSH qualification.
- Experience carrying out construction health and safety audits.
- Strong understanding of safety management systems.
- Excellent IT, communication, and presentation skills.
Desirable
- NEBOSH Diploma.
- Knowledge of European health and safety legislation.
- Experience within the construction and/or manufacturing sectors.
- Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent).
