We’re looking for a passionate, personable and enthusiastic Spa Therapist to join our friendly, award-winning team at The Malvern.

The Role
As a Spa Therapist, you’ll be responsible for delivering a wide range of high-quality spa and beauty treatments, ensuring every guest receives a relaxing and memorable experience from start to finish.
You’ll also:
- Deliver a wide range of spa and beauty treatments to an exceptional professional standard.
- Create a warm, welcoming and personalised experience for every guest.
- Provide knowledgeable product, retail and aftercare advice.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene throughout the treatment areas.
- Work as part of a friendly and professional team to ensure the smooth running of the spa.
- Take part in regular training and development sessions to continually build your treatment skills and product knowledge.
About The Malvern
Set in Worcestershire, The Malvern offers guests a truly luxurious destination for relaxation, wellness and beauty.
Our award-winning spa features 14 treatment rooms, a 20m hydrotherapy pool with indoor–outdoor swim door, and an extensive thermal suite including a Herb Sauna, Kelo Sauna, Crystal Steam Room, Salt Grotto and Foot Baths.
Guests can also enjoy our three private garden pods, fully equipped gymnasium and dedicated Relax Room.
Our boutique hotel features 32 beautifully designed bedrooms and a luxury suite, creating a unique environment where spa, wellness and hospitality come together.
We work with some of the industry's leading professional brands, including Elemis and CND, alongside our own signature range of massage oils. We invest heavily in our therapists, providing comprehensive training and regular refresher sessions to help you develop your skills and reach your full potential.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
- Passionate about beauty, wellness and delivering exceptional treatments.
- Warm, friendly and confident when interacting with guests.
- Professional, reliable and able to work well as part of a team.
- Keen to learn, develop and build their treatment knowledge.
- Comfortable recommending products and providing personalised aftercare advice.
- Previous experience within a spa or salon environment is desirable, but not essential — full training will be provided.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who takes pride in what they do and genuinely enjoys making people feel relaxed, cared for and special.
