Mental Health Support Worker
We are looking for a warm, dedicated, and skilled individual to join our dynamic, supportive, multi-disciplinary team.
We support adults with significant mental health needs, living in our houses and move on flats in North Bristol. We work closely on individual care plans and goals to help service users achieve stability/recovery, connection and purpose.
The role will involve working with service users in a Trauma Informed way, to improve wellbeing and facilitate positive change. Previous experience is essential (at least 1 year in mental health care or in the field of addiction) and a relevant qualification advantageous.
· Working hours are 10am – 6pm Monday -Friday (no evenings)
· Plus every other weekend (3 hrs, paid in addition to salary)
· £28,000 increasing to £29,135.55 per annum after 3 month induction
· Ongoing training and supervision
