About the role
We’re looking for a dedicated and highly organised SME to oversee and lead a fast-paced enquiries team, specialising in managing the patient contact within their assigned pods. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring performance metrics and ensuring service level agreements (SLA’s) are consistently met. They will be skilled in handling escalated customer issues.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of your pod, providing leadership and guidance through regular 1:1 meetings and performance appraisals.
- Ensure that all team members complete their tasks in a timely manner, maintaining high standards and quality of service.
- Take responsibility for the smooth management of patient-related administrative tasks, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and clinicians alike.
- Provide ongoing training and support to new and existing enquiries administrators, ensuring they are fully equipped to perform their roles efficiently and in line with established procedures.
- Prepare and analyse performance reports including identifying trends, themes and areas for improvement.
- Ensure that all team processes are consistently reviewed, updated, and aligned with current business needs, proactively identifying opportunities for improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist with recruitment, interviewing potential candidates, and training of new team members.
- Contribute to fostering and maintaining the ADHD360 culture, ensuring that all team members embody the organisation’s values and mission.
What You’ll Bring
- Competent and confident with computers but not limited to MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Organisation skills and an ability to manage own workload whilst supporting their team.
- Excellent telephone skills to handle calls with a variety of unknown topics, while maintaining a compassionate yet task-focused approach, even under pressure.
- An ability to work on own initiative yet be a key part of a team.
- Be a natural problem solver.
- Positive outlook and an ability to work well under pressure.
- Being flexible to ‘go the extra mile’ when a patient in need requires that ‘little bit extra’.
