Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
- Manage food preparation stations efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout your shift
- Follow established recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards to deliver exceptional meals
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal service and maintain a smooth kitchen operation
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and communicating needs for ordering supplies
- Serve breakfast dishes promptly to guests or delivery teams, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques specific to breakfast cuisine, including egg dishes, pancakes, pastries, and more
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling of ingredients
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and front-of-house staff
- Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, especially in breakfast or brunch service
- A positive attitude with a passion for serving high-quality food and creating enjoyable guest experiences
Pay: £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
