The Role
We are seeking an exceptional Facialist with a passion for natural skincare and experience working with traditional Moroccan ingredients, powders and beauty rituals.
The successful candidate will deliver beautifully considered facial treatments using natural ingredients and traditional techniques, creating a deeply restorative and personalised experience for every member.
This role is ideal for someone who combines excellent technical knowledge with an intuitive, nurturing approach. You will understand how to work safely and effectively with natural ingredients while maintaining the impeccable hygiene, confidentiality and service standards expected within a private luxury wellness residence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional natural facial treatments tailored to each member’s skin, preferences and wellbeing needs.
- Prepare and apply Moroccan powders, clays, botanical blends, masks and other natural skincare ingredients.
- Conduct professional consultations and assess skin type, sensitivities, contraindications and treatment suitability.
- Adapt each facial to create a personalised and results-led member experience.
- Incorporate facial sculpting, lymphatic drainage and relaxation techniques where appropriate.
- Explain ingredients, treatments and aftercare clearly and professionally.
- Maintain immaculate treatment rooms before, during and after every appointment.
- Follow the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, health and safety.
- Maintain accurate and confidential member consultation and treatment records.
- Monitor products, ingredients and treatment-room supplies.
- Report sensitivities, adverse reactions, maintenance concerns or stock requirements promptly.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with members while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Work collaboratively with LERÉI’s Beauty, Wellness, Concierge and Operations teams.
- Support special events, member experiences and treatment demonstrations when required.
- Represent LERÉI with warmth, confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
About You
You are warm, polished and deeply passionate about skin health and natural beauty.
You take pride in creating treatments that feel both effective and beautifully restorative. You understand that exceptional service is delivered through careful preparation, technical confidence, confidentiality and genuine attention to the individual.
You will ideally have:
- A recognised Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent.
- Professional experience delivering facials within a luxury spa, private clinic, five-star hotel, private members’ club or premium beauty environment.
- Practical knowledge of Moroccan powders, clays and traditional natural skincare rituals.
- A strong understanding of natural ingredients and their suitability for different skin types.
- Excellent facial sculpting and hands-on treatment skills.
- Knowledge of skin conditions, sensitivities and contraindications.
- Exceptional hygiene and treatment-room standards.
- A calm, nurturing and confident treatment style.
- Excellent communication and consultation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- The highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Appropriate professional insurance and eligibility to work in the UK.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends.
Desirable Experience
- Experience with Moroccan hammam-inspired beauty rituals.
- Knowledge of ingredients such as rhassoul clay, botanical powders, rose water, argan oil and traditional exfoliating preparations.
- Training in facial sculpting, lymphatic drainage or advanced facial techniques.
- Experience working with VIP, UHNW or highly discerning clients.
- Additional holistic skincare or wellness qualifications.
- Experience designing or developing signature facial rituals.
