We have a minimum of 3 shifts available per week working set shifts of 7am-4pm with the possibility of an extra Barista or shop shift if needed.
This role is only suitable to candidates with previous barista experience although full training will also be provided.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Assist customers by taking orders, answering questions, and providing friendly, efficient service
- Handle food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches, salads, or baked goods while adhering to food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas to ensure a safe and inviting environment
- Manage cash register operations accurately using basic math skills for transactions and change handling
- Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness
- Practice time management to efficiently handle busy periods while maintaining quality service
Qualifications
- Previous Barista experience is essential
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and best practices in food handling
- Ability to perform food preparation tasks with attention to hygiene and quality standards
- Strong basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work part-time hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 26.0 – 36.0 per week
