About the Role
Thaikelavi Business Technology Solutions Ltd provides business-process consulting, software implementation, digital workflow improvement and operational technology support.
We are looking for an analytical, organised and commercially aware Business Analyst to help clients and internal teams improve business processes, define system requirements and deliver practical technology solutions.
The successful candidate will work with stakeholders to understand operational challenges, document current processes and translate business requirements into clear specifications for technical and project teams. You will also support solution testing, implementation planning and process-improvement activities.
This mid-level position is suitable for candidates with experience in business analysis, process improvement, software implementation, digital transformation, project support or operational consulting.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering: Meet with stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational challenges and system requirements.
Process Analysis: Review existing workflows, identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.
Business Documentation: Prepare clear business-requirement documents, functional requirements, process maps and user stories.
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain effective communication with clients, managers, operational teams and technical specialists.
Workflow Mapping: Document current and proposed processes using appropriate diagrams and structured descriptions.
Gap Analysis: Compare current operations with desired outcomes and identify required changes.
Solution Evaluation: Assess proposed systems and process changes against agreed business requirements.
Implementation Support: Assist project teams with configuration decisions, data preparation, user communication and rollout planning.
Testing Coordination: Prepare test scenarios, support user-acceptance testing and document results or defects.
Data Analysis: Review operational information to identify patterns, performance issues and improvement opportunities.
Change Support: Help employees and clients understand new systems, processes and working procedures.
Issue Management: Record business issues, monitor agreed actions and escalate significant risks or delays.
Reporting: Prepare project updates, analytical summaries and recommendations for stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, software implementation or a related role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Ability to create process maps, user stories and structured specifications.
- Good understanding of business processes and technology-enabled change.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Professional stakeholder-management and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical and operational information clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation abilities.
- Ability to manage several assignments and changing priorities.
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and collaboration tools.
- Organised, dependable and collaborative approach to work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Qualification in Business, Information Technology, Management, Economics or a related subject.
- Business-analysis certification or progress toward a relevant professional qualification.
- Experience working with software-development, implementation or digital-transformation teams.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or structured project-delivery methods.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio or comparable tools.
- Understanding of customer-relationship management, enterprise-resource-planning or workflow systems.
- Experience supporting user-acceptance testing and system rollouts.
- Familiarity with data analysis, dashboards or reporting platforms.
Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
