Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate qualified Beautician to join our growing team. We are looking for a part-time role with flexible hours that can fit around you and (your child care) alongside a busy working salon that is open Monday-Saturday.
We are a team of 8 performing various different roles within the salon, from aesthetic, lashes, reception and social media; and we are hoping to make our team grow.
As a Beautician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our clients through performing various beauty treatments. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while delivering high-quality beauty services in a welcoming and professional environment.
Duties
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including manicures, and pedicures, waxing, tinting, spray tanning, facials, massage, lash treatments, laser and electrolysis.
- Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Handle client inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
Skills
- Level 3 Qualified and with some salon experience.
- Lycon Waxing experience preferred however not essential as training can be provided.
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
