Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and account management.
- Utilise CRM software to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales pipelines effectively.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and maximise growth potential.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities within CRM systems.
Skills
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software is essential.
- Ability to analyse data effectively to inform decision-making processes.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
