Experience
- Previous experience working in a care home or providing home care is highly desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidates
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with residents, families, and team members
- Basic IT literacy to manage electronic records and documentation efficiently
- Valid driving license preferred for roles involving travel between locations or home visits
