- Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming reception and communal areas.
- Coordinating office supplies and reporting maintenance issues.
- Supporting networking events, workshops and community activities.
- Helping introduce additional services and benefits for our members.
- Managing access passes, security procedures and contractor records.
- Acting as a First Aider / Fire Warden (training provided where required).
- Working closely with the General Manager and wider BLOCK team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
About You
You'll enjoy building relationships and genuinely care about delivering first-class service.
Ideally you'll have:
- At least one year's experience in a reception, front of house, hospitality or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience within serviced offices, hospitality, hotels, premium retail, coworking or customer-facing environments would be highly advantageous.
- Experience with social media, basic design tools or community engagement is also beneficial but not essential.
Working Hours
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Typically 9.00am to 5.00pm (may vary for holiday/absence cover)
- 30-minute unpaid lunch break
- Occasional paid evening hours may be required to support member events
