Job Introduction
Head of Talent and Organisational Development | Elton | £65,000-£75,000
As Head of TOD, you'll lead and evolve the Talent and Organisational Development function for the Encirc business unit, bringing together three domains under a single accountability: Learning & Capability Development, Talent & Succession Management and Culture & Organisational Development. The Head of TOD is Encirc’s principal point of contact with Vidrala HQ for these three domains: representing BU needs and progress upward, and ensuring Group frameworks, standards and priorities are applied consistently within the BU.
In this role, you'll lead a team of L&D/OD/Talent professionals, own the function's budget, and act as trusted advisor to Encirc's senior leadership on people development matters, while supporting Vidrala HQ with Group-level projects and policy as required.
The Key Requirements

Significant experience in a senior HR / People Development role within a multi-site organisation
Experience in leading a team
Strong experience of budget management
Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at senior levels
Commercially aware with ability to link people development strategies to business outcomes
Experience using data and insights to drive decision-making
Strong programme management and delivery capability
