You will be working in the Infrastructure OU based in Peterborough in where we have a role in the @one Alliance. We’re helping Anglian Water deliver a £2.6 billion investment in vital infrastructure. From civil works to water treatment facilities, this programme strengthens environmental protection across the East of England — safeguarding water resources for generations to come
We are currently looking for a Quality Compliance Manager who will play a vital role in assuring the quality of work undertaken across the @one Alliance, from project inception to asset delivery and handover.
As the Quality Compliance Manager, you will:

Lead by example, demonstrating our values, integrity, and professionalism while building trust through openness, collaboration, and respect.
Assure that products built on-site or at supply chain premises are delivered to the required design and standard by carrying out pre-delivery quality inspections and witness testing as identified in the project plan.
Contribute to the development and monitoring of budgets, contracts, and supplier performance, ensuring compliance with commercial policies and ethical standards.
Escalate concerns and agree remedial actions with project delivery teams, recording lessons learnt and rework within M2i.
Owns personal development and supports others’ growth, helping identify strengths, development needs, and career aspirations while engaging in learning opportunities in other areas of the business.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement in Health & Safety (H&S), ensuring consistent H&S standards are maintained.
Actively participate in the @one Alliance Quality Community to drive best practice and improvement of the quality process.
We are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is standard.

Experience of Auditing.

Relevant Construction Industry experience.

Detailed knowledge of ISO9001.

CQI Chartered Member or working towards Chartership.

Knowledge of UK and international regulations (CDM, Building Regulations, environmental and safety standards).
