Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Experienced Housekeeper to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to meet cleanliness standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of public spaces such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining areas by adhering to established protocols.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest comfort at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards.
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to promote a safe environment for guests and staff alike.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled by management to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with team members effectively to ensure smooth daily operations and deliver outstanding service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a housekeeper in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of janitorial practices, cleaning chemicals, and sanitation procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts.
- Prior experience in hospitality or related customer service roles is advantageous.
- Reliable with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
