Sales Support Administrator (National Accounts)
Location: Business Support Centre, Langley Road South, Salford, M6 6TZ
Salary: £26,830 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

About the role
We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Sales Support Administrator to join our Business Support Centre team.
In this fast-paced role, you'll provide essential support to our National Account Managers and customers, helping to ensure pricing, contracts, customer information and administrative processes are managed accurately and efficiently.
This is a varied position where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with internal teams and key customers, delivering excellent support and helping to create a positive customer experience.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting National Account Managers and their customers
- Maintaining and validating customer contract pricing
- Producing and updating customer price lists
- Coordinating customer samples and product allocations
- Analysing sales and customer data using Excel and reporting tools
- Managing customer queries and resolving issues
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring information is processed accurately and deadlines are met
What we're looking for
- Previous administration, sales support or customer service experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence using Excel and working with data
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to prioritise workloads in a busy environment
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service
