Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and hardworking General Labourer to join a busy East London construction team. Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials around the site efficiently and safely
- Support tradespeople by preparing work areas, handing tools, and fetching supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site to promote safety and productivity
- Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times
- Help with basic site tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials under supervision
- Ensure tools and equipment are stored securely after use
- Report any hazards or issues immediately to site supervisors to prevent accidents
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or general labouring is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Reliable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures on construction sites

Must have a valid CSCS card and Right to work documentation. This is a self employed position with CIS deductions. 8 hour days
