We are now seeking highly professional and experienced freelance Occupational Therapists to join our growing service across the West Midlands.

About You
This opportunity is ideal for an established or independent HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with experience supporting clients with neurological rehabilitation, complex care, or community-based rehabilitation.
We are particularly interested in clinicians with experience in:
- Neurological rehabilitation
- Acquired brain injury
- Complex care
- Community-based rehabilitation
- Functional assessment and intervention
- Supporting clients to achieve meaningful, person-centred goals
- Private practice or independent clinical work
You will be a confident and experienced clinician who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
You will also value the opportunity to work collaboratively with a wider multidisciplinary team while maintaining professional autonomy.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for Occupational Therapists who are:
- HCPC registered
- Experienced in neurological rehabilitation, acquired brain injury, complex care, or related areas
- Confident working independently within community settings
- Committed to person-centred and goal-focused rehabilitation
- Professional, reliable, and responsive
- Comfortable managing their own clinical caseload
- Passionate about helping clients achieve greater independence and quality of life
- Interested in being part of a connected multidisciplinary network
