What you’ll do
• Lead a centralised admin team to deliver consistent, high-quality regional support.
- Improve systems and processes to boost efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.
- Oversee diaries, meetings, inboxes, and reports, handling sensitive information carefully.
- Manage invoices, records, and data to keep information accurate and up to date.
- Coach and guide colleagues, sharing expertise and building skills and confidence.

You have
• You have experience leading or supervising an administration team or similar role.
- You have strong customer service skills and communicate clearly with different audiences.
- You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- You have experience handling confidential and sensitive information with care.
- You have a proactive approach and enjoy improving systems and ways of working.
