We are a growing gardening and landscaping company based in Surrey, UK currently expanding our operations and looking to partner with reliable, skilled subcontractor gardeners/team of two to join our network.

Role Overview
We are seeking experienced subcontractors to carry out a range of garden maintenance and soft landscaping tasks across residential properties within approximately a 15-mile radius.
Work will be allocated on a regular basis, with opportunities for long-term collaboration.
Responsibilities
- General garden maintenance (mowing, edging, weeding, pruning)
- Hedge cutting and shaping
- Planting and soft landscaping
- Seasonal garden care (scarifying, lawn treatments, leaf clearance)
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and presentation
- Communicating professionally with clients when required
Requirements
- Proven experience in gardening or landscaping
- Own van and full set of professional tools and equipment
- Public Liability Insurance (minimum £2 million cover recommended)
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
