We are looking for an experienced Level 4 Laser and Skincare Specialist or medical professional who would like to join our clinic located in Wolverhampton
We are looking for someone who has experience with treating FULL Fitzpatrick scale 1-6 and who has excellent clinical Skills.
Customer service and communication skills to join our team working providing the highest standard of care for our clients.
Deliver high-quality skincare treatments to clients, including facials, chemical peels, medical microneedling, Hydrafacial, laser treatments to treat the skin, laser tattoo removal.
- Perform comprehensive skin analysis to recommend tailored treatments that align with clients’ individual needs and objectives.
- Provide guidance on effective skincare routines and product recommendations for maintaining healthy skin, familiarity with Obagi Medical products is a plus, though training will be offered.
- Ensure the treatment room is kept clean, organised, and professional at all times.
- Comply with all safety and sanitation standards.
- Engage with clients on social media platforms to promote services and share skincare tips.
Desired Skills and Experience
- NVQ Level 3 , level 4 (or equivalent) required
- Medics can also apply
- Proven experience in skincare and beauty sales, ideally in a premium retail environment
- A passion for beauty and results driven skincare
- Positive can-do attitude: we believe in having a positive and optimistic attitude about everything we do because it inspires others to have the same
- Proactive approach to sales
- Love the challenge of meeting and exceeding targets
Experience required:
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Laser experience required
- Knowledge on skincare treatments required
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Providing Skincare treatments
- Chemical peels, Micro-needling, Derma-planning, Facials - Advanced.
- Laser experience needed. Skin/ tattoo removal
- Injecting experience bonus
- Comfortable creating Content ( Desirable )
- Has Level 3 AET Teaching - ( Bonus )
- Open to additional training

- Excellent communication and customer service skills – to maintain our high standard of patient care and outstanding reputation
- Enthusiastic team player – good people skills and able to work with other members of the team to fulfil clinic needs. Also flexible and willing to help other members of the team or cover for colleagues who are on leave when needed
- Organisational/time management skills – able to organise time effectively to carry out the various responsibilities effectively and to a high standard
- Reliable & dependable - able to complete tasks within agreed time frames with good attention to detail
