Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Borrowdale Gates Hotel in Grange. In this role, you will support our restaurant and bar services, ensuring guests receive outstanding service that reflects our commitment to quality. Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Assist in food and beverage preparation to ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Support bar operations, including serving drinks and handling customer requests.
- Follow food safety standards and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service.

- Qualifications
- Proven experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Barista experience is a plus.
- A friendly attitude and team spirit are essential.
- Previous restaurant or hotel experience is preferred.
