Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electricians Mate to join our dynamic electrical team. In this role, you will assist licensed electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various projects. Your hands-on support will be crucial in ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality in all electrical work. Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installing wiring, conduit, and electrical components using hand tools and power tools
- Support the setup and teardown of electrical systems on construction sites or maintenance projects
- Help with the inspection of electrical work to ensure compliance with safety standards and codes
- Carry out routine tasks such as pulling wire, preparing materials, and cleaning work areas to maintain a safe workspace
- Follow detailed instructions from electricians to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly storing tools and materials
- Participate in safety meetings and adhere to all safety protocols during daily operations
Qualifications
- Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical equipment preferred
- Demonstrated electrical experience or background in construction or maintenance environments is desirable
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks efficiently
