Revenue Operations Manager
Manchester, UK (Hybrid, 2 days WFH) | Up to £70,000
Street Group is one of the fastest-growing PropTech companies in the UK. We aim to elevate UK estate agencies through world-class technology, creating exceptional experiences for everyone involved in buying, selling, renting and letting property.
Your job is to own the numbers for our entire commercial engine. You will build the single version of the truth that runs our marketing, sales and customer success functions, putting a reliable set of metrics in front of our leadership team and board.
You will take full accountability for the integrity of the commercial funnel, from top-of-funnel marketing right through to churn and renewals. Right now, each function applies its own definitions and rules. You will set a single, consistent framework and make it stick across the business. You will also take responsibility for forecasting, capacity planning and supporting the design of commission structures.
This is a hands-on position where you will own the tech stack with HubSpot at the centre. You will build the workflows, automation and permissions that keep data clean at source. You will also design systems alongside AI on a daily basis. We use Claude, and you will need to demonstrate how AI is already embedded into your workflow.
What you can expect to work on
Building and maintaining complete visibility across the revenue line: marketing pipeline, sales pipeline, churn, renewals and capacity planning.
Setting and enforcing a single set of definitions across marketing, sales and customer success.
Owning HubSpot end-to-end: permissions, daily usage, workflow builds, automation and data hygiene processes.
Producing forecasts, headcount plans and reporting that the leadership team can truly rely on.
Contributing to the design of commission plans and commercial structures.
Supporting the hiring and onboarding of a Sales Operations specialist, then training them to maintain what you have built.
Presenting clean, consistent and defensible numbers to the board.
Using AI to solve operational challenges that would otherwise require heavy manual work.
Aligning the revenue line with the wider business (including product, finance and marketing) so everyone works from the same playbook.
Why you should (and shouldn't) apply
You should apply if:
You have owned reporting across a full commercial funnel, not just the sales pipeline. You can point to forecasts you have owned, commission plans you have shaped and workflows you have built yourself.
HubSpot is second nature to you. You operate at an expert level and can configure permissions, automation and processes without breaking a sweat.
You have worked in multi-product SaaS at a senior level and understand how different product lines affect pipeline, ARR and churn.
AI is already woven into your daily work. You can share concrete examples of the tools you use, what you have built with them, and how they have improved your output.
You challenge senior leaders diplomatically but firmly, reporting numbers as they actually are rather than as people hope they will be.
You thrive with autonomy. You are a self-starter who prefers delivering work directly rather than managing others to feel productive.
You would rather build something new than inherit a legacy system, and you are keen to define how commercial operations should run.
You probably shouldn't apply if:
Your experience is limited to managing the sales pipeline in isolation without visibility into marketing and customer success.
You would struggle to configure HubSpot or need someone else to manage the tech stack. This requirement is non-negotiable.
You require variable pay or commission structures to feel motivated.
You view AI as a threat rather than a tool to multiply your output.
You expect a large team underneath you from day one. This role starts as a hands-on, solo position, with scope to build a team over time.
A bit about you
Experience You have a background in revenue operations, commercial operations or a similar role, with clear ownership of the full commercial funnel. You are used to doing the hands-on work yourself, such as configuring HubSpot, building forecasts and leading cross-functional alignment. Multi-product SaaS experience is essential; B2B experience is strongly preferred.
Tooling HubSpot sits at the centre of our stack and you are an expert user. Experience with other platforms like Salesforce or Pipedrive is a bonus. You are comfortable adapting to new tech stacks and regularly use AI to streamline your work.
Communication You present clearly to senior stakeholders. You know how to push back constructively when numbers do not support the narrative, explaining complex commercial logic in plain English.
Operational Mindset You think operationally. You can quickly diagnose broken processes, ask searching questions about data quality, and prioritise problems based on commercial impact. You are genuinely curious about how the business operates behind the numbers.
We recognise that women and people from underrepresented groups often only apply for jobs when they meet every single one of the requirements listed. A note on using AI in your job application
As a fast-moving and rapidly evolving tech company, we embrace the advantages of AI and encourage its use throughout our application process. However, our goal is to get to know and hire the authentic you. Your skills, experience, and values. We don’t want to hire an AI-generated version of you. We consider AI to be a valuable tool, not something that should overshadow you as an individual.
How we use AI in the hiring process
Candidate experience is really important to us, and our Talent team use AI notetakers on interviews so that they can focus purely on their conversation with you. All decisions are made by humans, not AI. Let us know if you have any questions!
