Summary
We are seeking an experienced Demolition Supervisor to join our team in Milford Haven. This role is vital in overseeing demolition projects, ensuring safety standards are met, and coordinating teams to deliver successful outcomes. Responsibilities
- Take instructions from the Site Manager and work as a team.
- Follow method statements and risk assessments to carry out tasks in a safe and compliant manner.
- Comply with company H&S policy and procedures
- Ability to identify risks and safety issues and report to the Site Manger should they arise.
- The right candidate will need to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role and have 3 years’ experience as a minimum
- The current stage of the site is Groundworks / crushing stage
Requirements
- The following certificates are required for the role:
- CCDO / CSCS Supervisor card Gold
- Non licensed Asbestos Awareness
- Demolition Awareness
The following certificates would also be desirable for the role:
- NVQ in Site Supervision / Demolition related subject
- SSSTS
- First Aid
Additional training certificates would be advantageous.

- Working hours are Mon 07.30 to 18.00 - Tues to Thurs 7.30-18.00 and Fri 7 - 10.00 (5 days a week) with occasional Saturdays as the job requires
- 40 hours basic plus overtime at an enhanced rate of pay
