Responsibilities
- Taking calls and dealing with customer enquiries
- Preparing estimates, quotations and invoices
- Booking vehicles into our busy workshop
- Welcoming customers and providing a friendly, professional service
- Creating job cards and keeping customer information up to date
- Liaising with technicians and keeping up to date with vehicle repairs
- Keeping customers informed throughout their vehicle’s time with us
- Obtaining authorisation for additional repairs
- Taking payments and dealing with customer collections
- Booking MOTs, servicing, diagnostics and repairs
- Building great relationships with our customers
- Carrying out general computer and office administration
- Helping the workshop and management team wherever needed
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge or background in automotive repair or maintenance is highly preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information in a clear and friendly manner
- Experience in upselling services or products to enhance customer value is a plus
- Proficiency in payment processing, and record-keeping
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
