Duties
- Assist bartenders by restocking liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and bar tools throughout the shift
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces and washing glassware
- Prepare garnishes and basic food items as needed to support the bar service
- Ensure all supplies are organized and readily accessible for smooth service flow
- Support with opening and closing duties, including inventory checks and setup or breakdown of the bar station
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service and address guest needs promptly
- Uphold health and safety standards by adhering to sanitation protocols and responsible alcohol service policies
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with food preparation, serving, or bartending enhances your ability to support the team effectively
- Experience working in hotels or similar hospitality settings is a plus
- Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members and engaging with guests
- A background in barista work or kitchen roles can provide a solid foundation for success in this position
