The Role
Are you passionate about social media, content creation, photography, video and digital marketing? Do you spend time creating content on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn and want to turn that interest into a professional career?
We are looking for a creative, motivated and confident Marketing Executive Apprentice to join our growing business, create engaging content and help grow the online presence of our group companies. This is not a typical desk-based marketing role, when necessary, you will need to visit construction sites to capture real projects in action.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the growth and management of social media accounts across multiple group companies
- Creating engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social media platforms
- Visit construction sites to capture high-quality photos and video content of projects, engineers and completed works
- Create posts, reels, videos, graphics, project updates and case studies from site and existing content
- Scheduling and publishing regular content to keep channels active and engaging
- Responding to comments, messages and engaging with relevant industry accounts
- Helping increase brand awareness, audience growth, engagement and enquiries
- Using AI tools to support content creation, planning, idea generation, scheduling and reporting
- Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels
About You
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is very passionate about social media, ambitious, organised and eager to begin a professional career through an apprenticeship.
You will have/be:
- A genuine interest in social media, content creation and marketing
- Comfortable creating photo and video content
- Experience using Canva for content creation and graphic design
- Understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Creative mindset with a good eye for design and visual presentation
- Confident communicator able to engage with engineers, project teams and office staff
- Willingness to visit active construction sites and capture content on location when necessary
- Full UK driving license and access to transport
- Located within a reasonable commuting distance of the office
Most importantly, we're looking for someone with drive, curiosity and determination.

- Social media posts
- TikToks, Reels or short-form videos
- Canva designs and graphics
- Photography or video projects
- Social media accounts you have managed or helped grow
- Any other relevant marketing or creative work
What You’ll Get
- Salary of £16,640–£18,000 depending on age, experience and suitability, increasing after your first year.
- A Level 4 - AI Marketing Executive Apprenticeship qualification, along with formal apprenticeship training
