Location: Cardiff City Centre | Schedule: Subcontractor (4–6 days/week) | Income: Uncapped Commission & Bonuses
We are expanding our Cardiff operations and looking for sharp, driven communicators to join our team as Commercial Sales Associates. Representing established national brands, you’ll work at the forefront of client campaigns while developing core skills in negotiation, team leadership, and management.

What You’ll Do:
Lead face-to-face engagement across B2B, event, and direct-to-consumer campaigns.

Requirements:

Self-starter mentality with strong self-discipline.
Availability for a minimum of 4 full days per week.
